- Which agent should a beginner pick in Valorant?
- Start with agents that have straightforward abilities: Phoenix (self-heal, flash, wall), Sage (heal, wall, slow orb), or Brimstone (smokes, molly, stim). Avoid high-skill agents like Jett, Yoru, or Astra until you understand map layouts and game sense fundamentals.
- Phantom vs Vandal — which rifle is better?
- The Vandal kills in one headshot at any range but has harder recoil. The Phantom is more forgiving with faster fire rate and easier spray control, but loses one-tap kill at long range. Beginners should start with the Phantom. Our weapon guide has the full comparison chart.
- How does the ranked system work in Episode 10?
- Valorant uses a tiered ranking system: Iron → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond → Ascendant → Immortal → Radiant. Each tier (except Radiant) has three sub-ranks. You need to reach level 20 and complete 5 placement matches to unlock competitive play.
- What are the best map callouts to learn first?
