The roster expands again. Season 16 brings a disruptive new Support hero, major balance changes to Tank survivability, and a revamped Competitive ranking system. This field manual covers optimal hero usage, synergy pairings, and counter-pick strategies for every rank.

Juno (Support) — The Orbital Medic
Role: High-mobility AoE healer with orbital utility.
Primary — Mediblaster: Burst-fire hitscan that heals allies and damages enemies (12 rounds, 18 HP heal / 7 damage per round).
Ability 1 — Pulsar Torpedoes: Lock onto allies/enemies. Heals allies over time, damages enemies over time. 2 charges, 10s cooldown.
Ability 2 — Glide Boost: Horizontal dash with vertical lift at the end. Passes through enemies. 8s cooldown.
Ultimate — Orbital Ray: Deploy a moving beam from orbit that heals allies (100 HP/s) and damages enemies (50 DPS) in its path. 12 seconds.

IV. Competitive Changes (S16)
The ranking system now features placement decay—inactive accounts drop one tier per week after 2 weeks without play. Champion rank is now limited to the top 500 per region (was top 5000). Group restrictions tightened: Diamond+ players can only queue within 1 tier of each other.
